Terms of delivery

You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Delivery by GLS (shipping cost will be calculated in the shopping cart)
  • Delivery by other courier services (HP, HP Express, Overseas, CityEX ...) - in the event that you arrange your own shipping goods, please provide details in the note at the end of the process of ordering goods.
  • Collecting the goods personally in SAFIR Ltd. at Horvaćanska cesta 17, 10000 Zagreb.
  • In the case of delivery to other countries please contact us by phone or e-mail.

For all orders placed through the website and more than 300.00 HRK SAFIR Ltd. will deliver the ordered goods to recipients in Croatia free of charge.
In case of choosing other forms of delivery, from the time of departure from the warehouse of SAFIR Ltd. all the costs and risks are on the customer.
In the event that you don't receive the goods in time, but you've received proper notice of the arrival of the shipment, all the costs of returning the goods to SAFIR Ltd. and re-sending will be required to pay before re-sending the goods.
For delivery to the islands and sparsely populated areas, please check the previous delivery schedule listed on the courier.

Terms of delivery for payment by credit cards online

If payment is made on weekdays (Mon - Fri), ordered products are delivered to the customer at the earliest next day after the transaction was carried out, and if the payment was made on Saturdays products are shipped usually on Tuesday.
If ordered goods are not available directly, SAFIR Ltd. will offer the customer the closest product available and after the buyer confirms by e-mail or phone to this offer, earliest the next day will the goods be delivered to the buyer according to the selected way of delivery. If the customer refuses the offer from  SAFIR Ltd., the cancellation of the transaction at no cost to the customer will be made.

Terms of delivery for payment by bank transfer or payment slip

Delivery time begins with receipt of payment to the bank account SAFIR Ltd. The goods do not deliver on the basis of confirmation of payment, but only after the payment is visible on our bank account. For payment in Croatian commercial banks which are usually the next business day, and in many cases two working days from the date of payment, and the payment in the Croatian branch post office, at least two working days after the payment. For payments from abroad it is about three to seven days. For payments from abroad, the buyer shall bear all bank charges. If you want your shipment to arrive as soon as possible for this type of payment, please fill out the proper transfer or general payment slip and be sure to enter the correct reference number, because it can significantly affect the speed of delivery and payment through the commercial bank before 12.00. If ordered goods are not available directly, SAFIR Ltd. will offer the customer the closest product available and after the buyer confirms by e-mail or phone to this offer, earliest the next day will the goods be delivered to the buyer according to the selected way of delivery. If the customer refuses the offer from  SAFIR Ltd., the cancellation of the transaction at no cost to the customer will be made. For refunds we have to have the following information:

  • Name or company
  • Bank account number
  • Name of the bank
  • Address of the account holder: Street address, city and ZIP code (This address must be the same as the address on the ID card of the account holder) or business address of the company
  • Personal Identification Number for citizens or the number of the company
